Tostadas!

Tonight we had tostadas! MMMMMM. They ended up being eaten more like soft tacos, because the corn tortillas were only toasted, so they weren't crispy. But they were still delicious and filling! Basically what I did was toasted some small corn tortillas, and topped them with Beans Melvon, some cheese, lettuce, onion, and salsa. We actually ate less cheese at this meal than at most! Hallelujah!

Verdict: The Muffin Man says, "Muy Bein!" Mini Muffin only had beans and cheese and a small amount of corn tortilla. She's still not sure on this corn tortilla thing. Don't worry, we'll convince her!
